When I was 2 years old, my family moved to Nairobi, Kenya. Since that time, I've developed the belief that once you've lived in Africa, it changes you. This blog is dedicated to East African tourism and conservation, as well as serving as a training ground for the African Memoir I wish to write someday. Here you'll find news on tourism and conservation in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, interspersed with essays about my memories growing up in Nairobi.

Going On Hiatus
I’m moving to California at the end of the month, so I will be unable to update this blog for a few weeks. But never fear! I’ll be back and posting before the year is out!
